The first coffee house in the European continent was established in Istanbul, before even a cup of coffee has been drunk in the countries that come to mind when the word "coffee" is mentioned today. The magical scent emanating from this first coffee shop, which has become a frequent destination for statesmen, artists and scholars in a short time, first covers Istanbul and then the hundreds of people. Turkish coffee, as it was known in that day, traveled the world and was shaped by new cooking techniques and new presentations at every stop.And in the early 2000s, it came to Turkey, where it was first born in the modern world, as a brand new coffee trend. Only now, coffee was known by the name of other countries even in the lands of its birth.

İstinye Kahvecisi was established in 2013 to modernize the traditional concept of "Turkish Coffee Shop" and to include a Turkish brand in global competition. No matter where in the world, when freshly ground coffee is mentioned, it is aimed to bring Turkish coffee to mind with its intense flavor and rich aroma.

We have created a special blend coffee for our own recipe from first quality Arabica beans from three different countries. By grinding this special recipe in a traditional stone mill, we obtained the unique flavor identified with İstinye Kahvecisi, and we named it Master Blend Turkish coffee. We have provided our guests with a new experience every time, with Turkish coffee varieties blended with natural mastic, real saffron and pure cardamom. We have also brought new interpretations to world coffees with our special filter coffee and espresso blends, and qualified single origin coffee varieties. We decorated this rich coffee menu with salep varieties, teas, specially produced desserts and Turkish delight, which we produce from real sahlep orchids and whose recipes are special to us. Moreover, we presented all this richness with a smiling face and sincere hospitality at any time of the day.

When the local and foreign guests we host wanted to experience the flavors of İstinye Kahvecisi at their homes and workplaces, and to have their loved ones and special guests taste it, we started to pack our freshly ground coffees while they were still smoking. In addition to coffee, we exported our salep varieties, teas and special production coffee accessories to every continent of the world.

In order to protect our quality and brand value, we have adopted the highest product and service standards. Apart from our branches in Doha, which opened in 2018, and İzmir and Galataport Corner, which opened in 2021, we regrettably rejected many franchise candidates due to our quality standards. In this way, we have made the superior tastes and comfort integrated with İstinye Kahvecisi a tradition.
